Web access, ftp, and telnet connections to my server is very slow. What is the problem?
While connectivity to any one server on any one Net connection is variable, subject to Net conditions, if you consistently experience a slow connection to domains on your server, it is possible that your server is not on the best connection for your particular location.

Test your connection to the following domains:
bro.colossus.net
bro2.colossus.net
pbi2.colossus.net
pbi3.colossus.net
qwe.colossus.net
atg.colossus.net

You are best advised to test your connection to the above-referenced domains over a period of several days, and at various times of day and night in order to obtain a good idea of overall connectivity.

If, after you are done testing, you feel that any one of these domains affords you a better connection than the line that your server is presently on, ask sales to switch your server to the line which connects the indicated domain to the Net. Be aware that when a server is switched to a new line, the ipaddress of every domain on that server, as well as the ipaddress of the server itself, will change.
