Do you accept international orders?

Yes. worldindia has customers located all over the world.

How do I place an order?

There are 2 easy ways:

  1. Go to Online Order Form and fill out our order form.

How long does it take to set up a new account?

After we have completed your order over the phone, your account will be created within 24 hours.

Do you place any restrictions on content?

Yes. Although worldindia acts as a common carrier and does not inspect, rate, or censor the content of its customers' web sites, once it will be informed about the problematic content of the certain web sites (that are from the category described in paragraphs 3.b and 3.d. in our Terms and Conditions), worldindia's management reserves the right to put some restrictions or deny service.

The Terms & Conditions document must be read and agreed to before your account is created. Basically, don't abuse the system and don't break American or Canadian law or your account will be immediately terminated.


How does the billing process work?

There are three ways you can pay for your account:

  1. Credit Card
    We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
    Your card will be automatically billed at the start of every month, or you may pay in advance.
  2. Cheque or Money Order
    Your account is not activated until the cheque clears and the funds are in our account.

  3. Postal and bank processing delays can cause interruptions of service to your web site. To avoid bank delays, pay by Money Order, or have your home branch certify your cheque.

  4. Wire-Transfer
    Your account will be activated when the funds are in our account. Please make sure that your bank includes the following details in its message:

    • Your account information :
      • Your full name
      • Your domain name
      • Your country

You may reapply your balance towards a new package at any time after paying a upgrading/downgrading fee.


Can I switch packages once I've paid?

Yes. You may change packages at anytime, your old account balance will be credited to your new account.
