SCHEDULE A

This schedule sets out the Service Charges to be applied to each Transaction in accordance with the Agreement dated ........................ and will become a part thereof:

The Service Charges and Relevant Tax are payable in accordance with Clause 5. Service Charges are payable at the same time as the Relevant Transaction is normally due to be included in a Remittance.

Worldindia.com reserves the right to vary the above charges, on giving thirty (30) days notice in accordance with the Agreement.
