The WorldPay Customer Agreement explains the terms and conditions that apply to WorldPay customers. The Terms and the Schedule together form a single document. Please print out a copy of each, sign them, and send them to us by post (we cannot accept them by fax). Please retain a copy of each document for your records.

Bank Compliance Form

Download, print and complete the Bank Compliance Form and ask your bank to sign and stamp it with their official branch stamp. Please ensure that the full bank stamp including address is placed on both pages of the form. For speed you may fax this to us, however we do require the original in the post.

Customer Management System User Guide

The WorldPay CMS is where you manage your account with WorldPay. For example, it allows you to view the status of any transactions we have processed for you, and to make refunds. This document explains how to use the CMS.

Chargeback Guide

In a continued effort to support merchants we provide you with this guide regarding chargebacks in good faith, in order to support you in deciding if you wish to process the transaction in question or make inquiries as to the identity of the cardholder. You have responsibility for how you use the information, and you are wholly responsible for any liabilities arising from your deciding to accept or decline a transaction.
